SKALA is much more than a climbing gym; it was created to give the city of Burgos a sports and leisure centre of the highest level. We understand climbing not only as a sport but also as a way of life based on values that we want to convey through every activity we promote across our different lines of business: sport, health and catering.

To achieve this, we have a complete team of people and professionals who face the challenge every day of offering you an exceptional service: certified climbing coaches, leisure-time instructors, a physiotherapist, receptionists, support staff and more. All of us, committed to dedicating ourselves to people, share the common goal of making your time at SKALA the best of your experiences.

All our instructors hold official sports qualifications, as well as extensive experience climbing and teaching climbing.

SKALA ROCO in numbers: we opened on 30 September 2023 in Villalonquéjar (Burgos). We have 2,000 m² of climbable surface, 20 metres of height, auto-belay systems, a gym area and a children’s area designed for the little ones to get started in climbing.
