At SKALA ROCO we organise team building and corporate events in Burgos in a large-format climbing gym: 2,000 m² of climbable surface and 20 metres high. A space unlike the office or the meeting room, where your team gets to know each other better, cheers each other on and shares an experience worth remembering.

Climbing is a perfect activity for teams: each person chooses their own challenge, progress is made step by step and everyone celebrates together. You can also complete the day with a company lunch at the climbing gym’s restaurant and use our private rooms for meetings and presentations.

Do we need climbing experience?

No. The activity is designed so that anyone can take part, with no previous experience, with SKALA instructors guiding the group at all times.

How many people can take part?

We adapt the activity to the size of your team. Tell us how many of you there are and what you want to achieve, and we will prepare a proposal.

Is it a physically demanding activity?

It adapts to the group’s level. A team usually includes people with very different fitness levels, and climbing lets each person choose their own challenge.

Can it be combined with a company lunch or a meeting?

Yes. The climbing gym has a restaurant for company lunches and private rooms for meetings, presentations and team building, so the whole day can take place in one location.
